Background
Retailability began as an apparel importer and grew into a multi-brand group spanning Edgars, Legit, Beaver Canoe, Swagga, Keedo and Boardmans, covering apparel, footwear, accessories and homeware. Its 2020 acquisition of Edgars strengthened its position across the region, and its strategy centres on affordable, quality fashion delivered through a customer-centric operating model.
The Vexall offering
New store setups, network cabling, warehousing and logistics, field support, Retail Directions support and development, and project management, delivered in close collaboration with the client’s own technical teams.
The outcome
After reviewing ticket volume and network support needs, Retailability increased the volume of tickets assigned to Vexall. A jointly agreed SOP and a completed technical scoping session now set clear support expectations for the teams on the ground.
“Great service delivery, with clear ticket management from the management team. Well organised and communicates effectively both onsite and via MS Teams.”
